Q1:
How can I attend the IMC 2017 Conference?
Ans:

Please click on the Register section and you can do the online registration for the conference by filling in the required data.Once you have completed the conference registration process, a confirmation note with details on how to visit the IMC 2017 Conference will be sent. Please do not pre-register online again to visit the exhibition. Your conference delegate badge will allow you entry into the IMC 2017 Exhibition as well.

Q2:
What are the payment options available for conference registration?
Ans:

There are multiple options of paying for conference registration. You can pay online via credit card, online net banking, wallet payments, and also via offline bank wire, cheque and demand draft. Click on the REGISTER link and follow the instructions for registration and payment process. Your attendance will not be confirmed until payment is received at the organiser’s end.

Q3:
If I sign up now and cannot attend the conference, can you refund the fees paid?
Ans:

Request for refunds should be made in writing before 30th August 2017. Refunds will be subjected to an administrative charge to be borne by the registrant. Bank charges that occur will also have to be borne by the registrant. Substitution will be accepted with at least 2 weeks’ notice before the conference.

Q4:
Can I Register for selective Sessions or selective days?
Ans:

The registration and charges for the conference is for entire day and all sessions. You may attend the selective sessions / days on your on wish. There is no individual session fees.

Q5:
Can you send me an invoice for the conference registration? My accounts department needs it to process payment.
Ans:

You can request for a Performa invoice with your registration form and perusal at least 1 month before the conference. However your attendance at the conference will not be confirmed until payment is received at the organiser’s end.

Q6:

My accounts department needs time to process the fees and it may not reach you by the stated date. What should I do?

Ans:

Your attendance will not be confirmed until payment is received at the organiser’s end. You may wish to pay with a valid credit card first and get reimbursed from your company using receipt issued.
